I began my career in real estate as an agent representing Buyers looking to purchase luxury homes in Central Toronto (Bayview & York Mills, Yorkville) over 20 years ago. Through the years, I have become a highly respected realtor in the City of Toronto receiving many accolades from real estate Brokerages.
My focus is on Toronto neighbourhoods that are close to the TTC whether they be located by a streetcar or subway line.  If you are looking to sell or buy, whether it be a condo or a house or maybe an investment property, I have the expertise in all three areas.  I work with a few select clients at a time to provide the best service possible.

Selling a home is detail oriented and I have many systems in place to help you each step of the way. Looking to Buy?  I am your expert. I have earned the designation for the international Accredited Buyer’s Representative. I understand how interest rates can affect your purchasing power. I will simplify and breakdown the numbers so you understand your costs on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. If you are considering a home that needs to be renovated, I personally have managed numerous renovations in houses, condos and even a ski chalet from start to finish. I understand the time and costs involved.  I can promise you, I will work day & night until you find the perfect place. I have been mesmerized by the number of condos constructed along the waterfront and downtown core in my career and have seen them built from the pavement to the sky.  I personally sell and show hundreds of condos each year. I can point out the advantages and disadvantages of each condo unit and building. 
If you are looking for a multi-family house?  I am your expert.  I own a triplex in “The Beach” or “The Beaches” (depends who you are speaking to), I will help you navigate the complexities involved with investment properties and simplify the income & expenses to ensure you make the best purchase or sell at the highest price while working with any tenants. Another advantage, to you as my client, is that being a Landlord myself, I have the expertise in drafting and executing numerous custom leases specific to your investment property and each tenant.
